The well-known phrase "Et tu, Brute?" (commonly translated as "And you, Brutus?") was said to be Caesar's last utterance, although the sources describing Caesar's death dissent about what his last words were (if he said any at all).

And you, Brutus?  Julius Caesar's final question to his dear friend before he dies.  Brutus has betrayed Caesar...leading to the death of Caesar.  Caesar's question is more of a plea than an actual question- He realizes that his friend, whom he confided everything in, has betrayed him in such an awful way!    

The full quote is "Et tu Brute? Then fall Caesar" at which point Caesar dies.

It means that :my friend and confindante Brutus, u too have joined my enemies in destroying /killing me ?
These were the last words uttered by Julius Caesar, wn Brutus stabbed him, in his back !!!!

I took Latin in high school so Caesar was studied, how sad his friend betrayed him!  But I'm sure Caesar was not the best bud guy! Times they change ,but alas ,still remain the same!
