My guess is that the cable site 'bought' the horoscope rights from someone who writes them regularly for newspapers &/or magazines. Call cable tv co and ask or email them the Q....they might not have that exact 'scope available but if you know they used (for example) the same writer as the Herst Corp. newspapers...you can follow the leads back to a specific paper and ask that paper (e.g. the LA Times) how to get a copy of that dates paper.

shygirl- re ur question to me...."tools" can be actual tools that we usually think of- hammer, nail gun, etc. but tools can also be used to describe similar things that can help you...for example: coping mechanisms, techniques that can help you get a job, useful communication skills etc. I would say that it is a positive statement. However, if you have no idea what this person was referring to I would ask.
