            not sure about egg foo yung, but i know chop suey isn,t eaten by the Chinese (my dad was raised in Hong Kong) and my old boss chinese, however I do quite like these myself!

            I think chop suey was an invention of a Scottish Chineseperson(note the PC)and also Chicken Tikka from a ScottishIndianperson(note the PC)again...lol..KOTF.
