no, I thought it was a rash but i dont think its getting better she is embarresed but maybe she needs to see her pediatrician.
Yes she does. There are many different reasons this could be happening. It could be as simple as diaper rash if she's not changing her pull ups soon enough but I'd rather not guess. Has she seen a doctor about the accidents and why they are happening?

not lately for this problem when she was a infant she had diaper rash problem so i used special ointment from a perscription i guess she may need to see her doctor for this again and she only has accidents once in a while i think when she is really tired i will make appointment thank you for your help.

The advise you got was good, get her to a doctor.
Why waste time asking a bunch of ninnys like us to diagnose and provide teatment for something we cannot see and wouldn`t know if we could.
May as well take her to a mechanic and your car to the doctor.
