he must improve himself in this world which is a school of character building he must love and seek his neighbors welfare and he must contribute to the development of society by its very nature gambling infringes against all these basic and fundamental duties it constitutes a sin against god oneself the neighbor and society a person who gambles misuses gods gifts of his brain time and money he sins against himself by corrupting his character as he become more lazy and selfish through gambling he seeks to benefit at the expense of his neighbor thereby sinning against him and he sins against society because of the economic and social evils that he brigns to society through his acts of gambling

Gambling is an infringement against all these basic, fundamental duties. Gambling constitutes a sin against God, oneself , his neighbour and society as a whole. One who gambles misuses Gods gift of intelligence , time and money.He sins against himself by corrupting his character, becoming indolent and selfish. Through gambling he sins against himself and society due the misfortunes of his actions which bring on economic and social evils.
