      Go to "SAFETY" found on the right hand side of the window you have open for the internet. Click on it, and go to and select  "DELETE BROWSING HISTORY."  Another box will appear and you can customize what you want it to delete or change by selecting the various options shown. You want to be careful in what you select, as you can erase stored passwords and usernames you have set up for various websites.

        On my toolbar on the right hand side i have two arrows if you have these click on them and you should be able to delete browsing history, hope this helps you.
