Are you familiar with this company. With all respect they have 3 optional plans and it appears that one plan may save more than the other two, which time will only tell.
The reason the electric providers offer three plans is, one for users with electric heat and air conditioning, one for other forms of heating and one for those with "time of day metering."
What one needs to look for is the one that meets their situation, with the lowest KWH rate.
