      I live in Scotland, It,s quite similar in the winter and I live in a nice cosy apartment,-10c tonight! Yipee!!...KOTF.

         Nobody lives in the Antarctic except various scientific teams who live in very well insulated cabins. Ther are no indigenous people in the Antarctic.

                      Nomdeplume is correct there are NO permanent residents in the antartic.


                      The sceintific people who go there to observe cahnges have set up permanent buildings for their use but no other people.


                      Personaly I would like to go there for a look.
