If you have pain, you must be treated. If you made a “mistake”, the doctors don’t trust you to prescribe opiods. They could lose their job. If you go to a pain clinic, they will teach you how to take your medicine. There will be modalities like Physical Therapy, Psychology, Pain Doctor and maybe other doctors. Get an appointment with your doctor and get this terrible problem straightened out.
Perhaps you didn’t tell the whole story here? It doesnt’ matter. Just do something.
