    3. we lost power and when we restarted the computer there was a auto saved copy of the 20 20 file we were using. we finished the plan, hit the save key and now we can't find the file with the saved changes. Any idea where we should look for this?

      Do you know the name you gave the file? Click on your start button, then type the name in the search area and hit return. If you do not know its name, you will have to manually search the files in the computer hoping you will recognize it when you see it.
