Ladybugs are insects because all insects have 6 legs and ladybugs have 6 legs, making ladybugs insects.

They are purported to bring "good luck" to your home or garden. Never kill a ladybug.

  Lady Birds are Insects they truly very good for ones Garden as they eat alot of greenfly and blackfly  never kill them they are too useful in the garden and in nature I love them very much

When i was a kid we called them Lady Birds, a very useful insect for the garden especially roses.

Ladybugs like to hibernate in your buildings. In the fall after a few cool nights, the ladybugs cover the sides of our buildings. They are thick in the air and you must shake off your clothes before coming in the house. They also bite . In the summer they behave nicely.

Yes and its favorite meal is another (bad) insect - aphid. Love your Ladies - bugs or otherwise...
