Phone the court.

This is a public forum called akaQA and we answer general questions only.  We do not know what happened to your husband in court.  Please call them to inquire.

I really hate knowing the answer to this.  You can look up jail inmates by logging into the county sheriff and going to the jail inmate link.  By typing in your husband's name, you should be able to find out if he is in custody.  If he is, be indignant that he's not called you by now. 
If not, I'd then contact the district attorney's office (if he has a case involving the D.A.) or the public defender's office (if he needed defending) and ask for information.
If none of this yields an answer, report him missing after contacting his workplace or "friends" to find out if any of them knows his whereabouts.  
 

If he hasn't returned home, he may have been found guilty and is held in custody, if this was the case he would be allowed to make a phone call to inform you.Ring the court house and ask them if his matter has been dealt with.

How long has he been gone? Could be he's celebrating, could be he's in jail. You can call to find out or torture him when he does get home..........
