    child support for state of MO.

    if the noncustoial  parent  makes more money since the order  and the 3 years as pasted can a custodial parent ask the state to go up on sup. if they didnt go off the state form to  calculat how much to  pay the parents just agreed with amount he was to pay  with the judge

    You can always request an increase. This does not mean you will get it. Apply to the court for an increase.
