    Recent email circulating that " Under the new health care bill, all real estate transactions will be subject to a 3.8% tax ...beginning in 2012"

      Yes but I believe it's on homes priced $450,000 or higher.  This is just Obama's way of getting those with money to pay for those without. Socialism at it's finest.
