i try but i cant keep up with it..
I've been there. It's rough. Concentrate on not eating, take a walk instead, keep your hands busy.....

If you're looking for false sympathy,you'll have to seek it from others. You KNOW what you need to do to lose weight. Take in fewer calories and expend (move about)more. It's really that simple.
