      It's not so much how much you eat but, what you eat...Change your diet choices...........

        I've been there. It's rough. Concentrate on not eating, take a walk instead, keep your hands busy.....

        It is said smelling vanilla stimulates the brain and causes one to eat less, it is also stated eating 7-10 small meals versus 2-3 large helps one to lose/control weight.

            If you're looking for false sympathy,you'll have to seek it from others. You KNOW what you need to do to lose weight. Take in fewer calories and expend (move about)more. It's really that simple.
            I tried telling you all this with two words (Zip it). Now you have the unabridged version.
