      HI  THE TERM MB   MEANS MEGABYTES   AND THE TERM MBPS   MEANS  MEGABYTES PER SECOND  SO DIVID MBS INTO MBPS AND YOU GET THE TIME IN SECONDS


      THEREFORE V 100/4 = 25sec
