    how do you get the wedges out on a eaton axle to pull axle shaft out

    on the first wheel just took nuts off ,used sledge hammer to hit on center of axle end plate and the wedges came out ,no luck on second wheel

      Wedge the pry -bar against the ... Push the wheel flanges straight in. Remove the C-clips of the flanges and pull the rear axle shaft straight out, WBMG
