What's on a diabetic diet ?
My Dr. told me to not eat fruit---too much sugar in it., and to not eat white bread, white rice, pasta,potatoes, don't drink any fruit juice, etc. What else is there ? If I can't eat anything, I might as well cash in my chips. ( not really )
