    Yes. 5/7= 50/70; 4/10= 28/70.

      Here is a simple logic to solve such kind of problem.


      5/7 and 4/10


      Cross Multiply the numerator and denominator,


      i.e. 5 * 10 >7*4


      i.e. 50 >28


      So, 5/7 < 4/10


      Hope you got the answer.


      Note: To solve such kind of problem, you can make the denominator of both expressions same and compare the numerator of the numbers.
