It means you should see a doctor asap. We do not have doctors here. You should not ask people on the internet for advice like this. A pregnancy is not something to mess with and you do not know if the advice you get from strangers on the internet is valid or made up. See a doctor please.

However, I am a health care provider who worked in Ob- L&D for years. Approx 2 weeks after the egg and sperm join the zygote attaches to the placental sac in the uterus. ..this can produce spotting. Any prolonged bleeding (spotting that lasts or heavier bleeding) should be discussed with an OBGYN. By the way- CONGRATULATIONS !!
