      Baby cow   (beef) . Killed young before the muscle fibre gets tough.

              It's Bovine calf which as only been fed on milk killed very  young

                  It is true. Veal is baby beef. 


                  In this part of the world these calves have a house shaped like an igloo and a little pen the size of three calves to live in... they do nothing but eat, go to the bathroom, sleep and look at the world outside their pens for one full year.  Then caput!
