Be more specific. What kind of programs? Things like Microsoft Word. Adobe,some games,
photoshop programs etc do not require the internt once its downloaded. If the program needs to use the interne to get anwers, information,
or simplymaking a progect.

I figured since no one else gave an answer they might still be waiting. I know I asked a question on here and It was months ago and I still dont have the answer. So I figured maybe they might still want to know. Wish someone could answer my question, even now.
