You need to log onto the webpage of your GPS's manufacturer.

i bought it on ebay an it didnt come with anything to tell me the manufactuer but when i yurn it on it says igo amiego so i logged into that to try an download the US so i can use it cuz it only pulls up the ukrain an united kingdom
Then they may not have a map of America. I do not know that brand and I live in the USA so I don't think I will find much on it.
i bought it from hong kong an it shows on the demo the US but i cant access it,guess thatll teach me,i just dont know what to do now
You can try but I don't think it will work. Each webpage has it's own down loader written in it's own language and your gps may not recognize it.
