      Maybe you could ask at police station, to have Arletta traced, check voting register, or would her name be in phone book. You might find more than one person with same name, so you would have to ring them to find out, if she is your family member .Put out appeal, for her to contact you. Contact Red Cross, missing persons office. Hope some one else can come up with other ideas. Good luck.
