If a bottle of soda states 30 grams of sugar, how does that relate to body fat?

Sugar is turned into fat in your body because your body doesn’t like to waste energy. When you drink a soda, or eat something sugary, your body cannot possibly use all that sugar energy. Your body’s solution to extra sugar energy running around the body is to store it. This is why low-carb diets work, if you keep your blood sugar low then you also keep your body from converting blood sugar into body fat.  from:  http://olsonnd.com/which-is-worse-fat-or-sugar/

They crawl all over you when you're sleeping and you wake up fat.  Sometimes you just cannot keep fat from happening.  Like "ain't ma fault, i-uz sleepin".  So, sleeping too much can make you really fat!
