    how much should you deduct from asking price on a home in forecloser?

    home is valued at 240000.00 built in 2008 it is now in forecloser. What amount should i bid on it?

      You bid what you can afford to pay. The bank will either accept it or reject it. Remember, homes are sold as is when in foreclosure so plan on 10K-20K  at least for repairs.
