One place on the list was Youngstown, OH, last time I've checked but there is no work there. There are a lot of different things you must consider when looking for a inexpensive place to live especially finding a job. Texas, Oklahoma, and Kansas City top the list as well and you'll have a much easier time finding a job in those areas. Good luck.
