    why do dogs eat feces.

    one of my dogs will eat the feces I am not sure if it is his or my other dogs.

      Jenn and Ducka plus other theories... watching their mother's doing this when the dog is a puppy, all the food hasn't been digested (such as blueberries as was the case with my dogs)...


      Good luck and keep your yard very clean.  That is what worked for me.

          I have read the if your dog is doing this he is missing nutrients from their diet.

            I have to agree with Jenn. He is missing nutrients in his diet. You might try  to feed him a more natural diet and give him a childs Vitamin tablet once a day!

                dogfood or catfood is digested. The byprduct may somewhat smell like what is eaten. I think the dog`s sense of smell is selective.

                It's  NOT  the  dog's  Fault  it  eats   poo, It's  the  LAZY  OWNER  that  has  not  taken  the  time  to  train  the  dog  !
