      Usually there is a security question and answer requested at the time of sign up which requires an alternate e-mail.  Check with hotmail about lost or forgotten passwords.  Should be on the sign in page or when you put in the wrong password.

        You gave everyone in the world your account log on information. We are an open forum. We are not your e-mail provider. Now anyone who saw this can access your e-mail account. Change your password now before one of them does or you will truly not be able to get back in. NEVER EVER POST your password anywhere other than on the log on page.
