Working with immigration can be a very trying experience. From reading your question, I assume you are a US citizen trying to petition your fiancee (now wife) to come to the US. I would suggest you contact your congressmen/women asking for their assistance. They can help with your appeal. Once your petition is denied, the only recourse is an appeal.
