    Drug co-payment on 12/28/2011

    My pharmacy (Harmons in St. George, Utah) charged me the full amount on my last prescription of Valturna of 109.92 on the above date. The previous prescription (10/30/2011) of Valturna had a co-payment was 56.21.  I'm not in the donut hole, so I'm wondering why did this increase take place.
