    U purchased CK software last July or August  and used it every day.


    My computer was hacked, crashed and I lost everything.


    Would you please tell me how to get the software back?

      I do not have an answer. 


      That is why I asked this question.


      My computer crashed and I lost CK software.


      How do I get it back?
