being that I'm 50% Dutch -American, I've heard that the "Pennsylvania Dutch '' are Catholics.Most of the Dutch that came over here were protestent and moved to the west side of Mich , some parts of Wis. Many are in IOWA and N. and S. Dakota. This is according to my late mother who was 100% Dutch-American
