    can mcdonald's be sued for not providing food that they charge for in the drive through maybe a class action?

    No, it's called a mistake. Go back and get your food. Do not tie up the courts with silly stuff like this.

    Would you really go that far to sue ?If you took them to court,the best you would get would be a free cheese burger for your troubles.

    Yeah right like some lawyer is going to take on that kind of stupid case.

    The reason I said maybe a class action is because this is a very common problem with alot of people. Also this is not a one time thing it happens all the time.  I have talked to the manager about it and they claimed they would talk to thier staff about it and it hapened the next day again.  I do not want money I want them to be forced to fix the problem and if the only way to do that is to cost them money then that is what I think has to be done.
