      20mins per pound + 20mins at 180-185fh.

        It takes 35 to 45 minutes per pound without bone. With blade it will take 40to 45 minutes per pound. roast at 325 degrees.Let set 15 to 20 minutes before carveing.Have Fun.Happy New Year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
