    does anyone know what "reduced fat baking mix" is

    I was looking up a recipe site and this came up as one of the ingredients,I have no idea what it is, can anyone help?

        I do not think it's an ingredient, I think it's a reduced fat recipe.  Could be it was added to the ingredients section by mistake.
