I'm sorry to see this question. The war on drugs isn't going well.
How old is your daughter? Does she live with you?
What drug(s) is she using and how? How long has she been using?
Are you certain she is using? How do you know this is a fact?
There are all kinds of things you can do. NONE of them is going to STOP her. I would suggest you find a meeting like Al-Anon, but for drug users (Nar-Anon or something similar), the counterpart of NA or AA. You will find support and sympathy, as well as ideas for dealing with an addict in your life. If you want some thoughts about FORCING your daughter into a rehab, comment on my answer and I can give you some information (sadly, from personal experience with my own children).
