      that is annoying...i am assuming you bought them on-line- does the site have a "contact us"  or phone #.  If so, you might be able to clear it up that way. I hope so!

        They had a promo code that i didnt use at first to get a discount then i found it and they keep asking for my card info that i gave earlier if i fill it out again will they charge me again

          They're not going to let you use it after the fact. You would have to call them to see if they could remove the coupon off your credit card but I really doubt they will.
