12 PM is NOON. 8 PM is evening.
You don't know what a racist is.
I don't know how you managed to get HERE.
You are showing ME immature, ignorant, argumentative, spoiled behavior. I wouldn't let you have a birthday party in the first place.
IF I WANT TO LISTEN TO MUSIC, I WILL PLAY IT IN MY HOME. I DON'T WANT TO HEAR YOUR MUSIC (OR ANYONE ELSE'S) COMING FROM THEIR HOMES, CARS, OR BONFIRES. YOU'LL FIGURE THIS OUT A LONG WAYS DOWN THE ROAD.

From 10 Pm till 8 Am you can not blast a radio. After 5 pm PM construction on any project using power tools must stop. Exceptions are made during holidays and graduation time. My biggest bitch is barking dogs. I've probably signed 50 complaints about them. Sometimes matters must be taken into your own hands when there is no co-operation or response.

Oh please, it's not racist it is however ignorance to not care about others peace and quiet. I hope some hillbilly hick wakes your butt up at 3:30am when you have been in a deep sleep with loud azz twangy country music and then tells you, too bad it's just a small birthday party.
Every town in the USA has a noise ordinance. You should check with your town about yours.

Somewhere down the road I missed that not liking LOUD music was RACIST........I've been to my share of Loud Drunken Parties- but somehow we managed to quiet down around 10pm.......Oh, but wait, We started the parties EARLIER when, as obnoxtious as it must have been to some, we Wern't going to keep people up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What aggravates me is the cars with the reverbs that you can hear for miles. I live in the country so no loud music problems except those cars! Some people have jobs with odd hours. They need sleep also!

Oh and just because you love your music, that is no reason to force it on your neighbors who may think it's gawd awful music. You share this world with others. Get use to it. They will protect their peace and quiet and probably sanity too, considering some of the so called "music" out there today.
personally Im really tired of neighbors that think they can do as they please, play louder than loud music until the early hours, I do shift work and need to get some sleep at some point, I find this practice to be one of arrogance and total disrespect, a total disregard for anyone, I often go to work having no sleep, I will report it and don't give a hoot what colour they are, its the noise Im objecting to the noise

Ya know what...I have worked shift work my entire life...There are people sleeping, sick, or trying to get their kids to nap/sleep at all hours. I don't bloody care if the cops came by at 5pm...If they came by and said something to you about your music..and you feel some sort of born superiority to play your music as loud as you like...tell the cops next time-then see what happens next!!!
