      yes you can in some teaching hospitals they will also pay for the funeral

                Check with the hospitals and schools where cadavers are recruited.  There should be some protocol you can follow to make sure your wishes are fulfilled.  Good for you, by the way.  I don't want a bunch of people to see me naked DEAD anymore than I do while I'm ALIVE.
