"hi just got it to connect. You know how the directions on the kindle says to use the wep 26 character password and not the pass key? Well after pulling my hair out and calling Kindle support then the ISP, I got it to work. Guess what you need to use: the PASSKEY!!! Ugh! The lady at the ISP said the Kindle directions were obviously wrong because you have to use the passkey if you set up your wifi with it. I hope this helps."
