I'm not really sure why you were approached by the officer, but it sounds like you were a little bit of a smart-ass and disrespectful, asking if you could drink your juice. When a police officer responds to a 911 call, he/she isn't there for conversation....last year, three (3) police officers were killed when they responded to a "domestic" 911.
You don't want to plead "no contest"; plead "not guilty" and hope you can prove you had nothing to do with anything. The arrest will follow you to the grave and be on your tombstone if you don't.
