Last year I made a mixed green salad with gorgonzola cheese, pomegranate seeds, slivered almonds, red onion, and a dressing of orange oil and pomegranate vinegar. YUMMY.
Twice-baked potatoes are a real treat, and asparagus or green beans are always good.
I'm not a fan of baked ham or turkey, so a prime rib or filet mignon roast would be my choice.
Dessert needs to have chocolate.
