I saw a documentary which said that there is no scientific proof that they work. There is something that worked for me though. For arthritis eat raisins soaked in gin. You can eat them without the gin and it will work, but it is supposed to work quicker if you soak them in gin.

Do the Raisins work faster in the Gin? or do you just not know you've got the Arthritis anymore due to the Gin content of the Raisins and would this work with the Raisins soaked in Vodka as I'm not fond of Gin thankyou
Dunc if you read my answer about the gin, you'll see that I do not use gin. In fact, I don't drink alcohol at all. I eat the raisins minus the gin.
