      Not sure what castor sugar is but I found this converstion


      375 grams butter = 1.6 cups, thats about 1 and 1/2 cups
      300 grams granulated sugar = 1.6 cups, thats about 1 and 1/2 cups
      500 grams US all-purpose flour = 5 cups
