    I have four to prepare and I don't want to "just bake them"....

      Sorry, that's the way I prepare them, I just bake/roast them like chicken.

        So, nothing fancy? I'm just going to plop them on top of the dressing and bake at the same time.... Oh, well..........

        Nothing fancy but you could try adding poultry seasoning or I've seen where some have added like a dry ranch dressing mix like a seasoning.
