Over the course of time, our nations have had many leaders with different styles, goals, methods, appearances, etc. Looking back over the political leaders you have studied or lived through, who would be your favorite and why? Who do you think was a disaster of a leader?

Overall I,ve got to say it has to be Winston Churchill, although he was not of my " political persuasion " he got the WORLD through one of the most difficult times in our history, I think the world would be a lot different otherwise.

The greatest President was Ronald Reagan, whose polices put in place an economic system that created growth in the GDP and a low unemployment rate of 5%, that lasted over twenty five years, until the Dimocrates regained Controll of the Congress in 2006 and Obama was elected in 2008.
The worst was Jimmy Carter, but it appears history will show Obama to have been far worse for the country than Carter
