      PAR BOIL EM FIRST, SPRINKLE WITH HERBS AND THEN.....PUT THEM IN A HOT BAKING DISH IN THE OVEN UNTIL CRISP AND GOLDEN. DO NOT FORGET TO TURN THEM AT LEAST ONCE FOR THAT BIT BETTER.
