    Absolutely!

    The driver was wrong to have such disregard for anothers property for sure, and there is no excuse for it. But  I can see a possible reason for why he did what he did.  Fed Ex puts enormous pressure on its  personel to to be as profitable as possible, meaning they are mandated to make so many delieveries in a given amount of time or another way is they are allotted X amount of time per stop anything below that  allotted time is used against the  employee and could lead up to discharge . In order to have such fast cycle delievery times They play the numbers game meaning  x amount of damages will occur and that is all factered into  what you pay to have your package shipped FedEx won't tell you this  but  it happens
