      Sounds like you have tinitus, not much that can be done, although you may have an ear infection, best to see your doctor for diagnosis.

        We are not Doctors on this site and can only give you advise as ROMOS said it does sound like you have Tinitus and you really should see a Doctor I have known  alot of people who have this and do get use to this
